Dispute Process
1. Contact Seller First
Message the seller through PayPal. Document all communication.
2. Open Dispute
Go to PayPal Resolution Center. You have 180 days.
3. Negotiate
20 days to negotiate with seller.
4. Escalate to Claim
If negotiation fails, escalate. PayPal reviews evidence.
5. Provide Evidence
Upload: product listing screenshots, photos of received item, tracking info, seller messages.
