1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Catalayer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

Catalayer provides a multi-product intelligence workspace including News, Monitor, Source Finder, Sourcing Agent, Claim Pilot, and Island. Features and availability may change as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person per account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Free Tier

Free accounts include limited access: 5 lifetime Source Finder searches, 1 starter monitor, 2 signal follows, and news feed access. Free tier limits may be adjusted.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Catalayer for illegal activities, harassment, spam, automated scraping beyond normal usage, resale of data or services, or any activity that disrupts the platform or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

Catalayer and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Catalayer AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without explicit permission.

8. Third-Party Content

News articles, supplier listings, and market data displayed in Catalayer are sourced from third-party providers. Catalayer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content.

9. Disclaimers

Catalayer provides tools and information for research and workflow purposes. We are not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or licensed broker. Do not make financial or legal decisions based solely on Catalayer data or AI analysis.

10. Limitation of Liability

Catalayer is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions, financial losses, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, AI analysis, or third-party data displayed within it.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
