By accessing or using Catalayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use Catalayer for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to scrape, redistribute, or resell data obtained through our services without permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the platform infrastructure. Automated access beyond normal product usage requires written approval.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on the Plans page.
Catalayer and its products, features, and content are the property of Catalayer. You retain ownership of data you upload or create on the platform. By using the platform, you grant Catalayer a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the services.
Your use of Catalayer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data as described in that policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Catalayer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that supplier data, pricing, or market information is accurate or complete. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalayer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Catalayer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
