Sell off index funds to pay off car loan?

I’ve been slowly paying off my car loan for several years now (it’s a Subaru Outback, really happy with it), but I still have $10k to pay off. With costs going up so much, I haven’t been able to save a penny for many months now, other than my Roth IRA retirement account. Would it be dumb to cash out the $11k in index funds I have to pay off car loan? That way I can start saving again and replenish index funds and increase my (now low)emergency savings.
