How do you (Personally) cut through the noise?

Moderately successful daytrader here, all based on technicals. I want to start putting some of my money into longer-term investments but I've never paid much attention to fundamentals All I see online and on tv is stock tips and opinions and who knows whats quality and whats not. I want to put my money somewhere safe with moderate growth expectations and not worry too much about it. I'm not really interested in bogglehead methods although eventually I'm sure I'll put some in voo and chill Right
