Bitcoin has largely shrugged off the deteriorating outlook for the CLARITY Act, raising the possibility that traders have already priced another legislative failure into the market. Data from CryptoSlate shows the largest cryptocurrency trading around $63,500 as of press time, above the roughly $61,900 level seen on June 5, when Galaxy Digital put the bill’s chances of passage this year at 60%.
